一、 工程介紹 濉溪縣幸福家園二期工程，建筑面積 86000 平方米。建筑高度 54m 。主體地 上 13-18 層，地下一層。主要由設備用房、人防、地下停車庫、消防泵房、組成。 全樓根據(jù)各房間的功能要求不同， 分別采取了與之相應的配套系統(tǒng)， 該樓通風、 P，PY（排風及排煙系統(tǒng)） 、J（進風系統(tǒng)或平時進風火災時補風） 、FG（排風系統(tǒng)） 、 HR（該系統(tǒng)平時排風，與新風連鎖運行）。樓內(nèi)樓內(nèi)通風專業(yè)主要設備有：各類風 機約 10 臺、閥部件 200 多個，風口 180 個，分布各樓層。根據(jù)設計要求，通風管 道根據(jù)相應圖紙設計要求，分別采用鍍鋅板風管制作、安裝。地下室和首層以上設置 了多套排煙系統(tǒng)及排氣兼排煙系統(tǒng)風管。。 鑒于這種工程量較大，工序較多的工程，我們將采取相應的安裝及制作控制程序， 以確保工程質(zhì)量和進度。 二、 施工措施及方案： 1、 為保證工程的總工期， 密切配合土建單位的施工
