. 可編輯 防排煙系統(tǒng)施工方案 （一）防排煙風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)施工方案 施工說(shuō)明 風(fēng)管材料及安裝 : 1、防排煙管道材質(zhì)為鍍鋅鋼板風(fēng)管， 板厚按 << 通風(fēng)與空調(diào)工程 施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范 >> （GB50243-2002 ）系統(tǒng)執(zhí)行。 2、所有水平或垂直風(fēng)管必須設(shè)置必要的支、托、吊架，其構(gòu)造 形式由安裝單位在保證牢固可靠的原則下根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況選定。 保溫風(fēng) 管的支吊架設(shè)在保溫層外部， 且不得損壞保溫層。 支吊架不得設(shè)置在 風(fēng)口、風(fēng)閥、自控機(jī)構(gòu)、檢查門(mén)、風(fēng)量測(cè)定孔處；吊桿不得直接吊在 風(fēng)管法蘭上。所有安裝在豎井內(nèi)的風(fēng)管， 必須先安裝風(fēng)管，后砌豎井。 防火閥必須單獨(dú)配置支吊架， 安裝位置應(yīng)與設(shè)計(jì)相符， 閥體上的箭頭 必須與氣流方向一致。 3、調(diào)節(jié)閥、蝶閥等調(diào)節(jié)配件的操作手柄應(yīng)置于便于操作的部位， 在閥門(mén)的操作機(jī)構(gòu)一側(cè)應(yīng)有不小于 250mm 的凈空以利檢修，閥門(mén)設(shè) 置在吊頂（或墻體）內(nèi)側(cè)時(shí)，需在閥門(mén)的檢查口
