鋼結(jié)構(gòu)涂層厚度檢測報(bào)告 我國現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范 GB14907 –2002《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)防火涂料》 ，對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)防火涂料的分類和質(zhì)量要 求作出了明確的規(guī)定。 國家消防產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)對超薄型、 薄型、厚型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)防火涂 料產(chǎn)品，分別進(jìn)行 2±0.2mm 、5±0.2 mm 和 25±2mm 三個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)涂層厚度的型式檢驗(yàn)，將檢 驗(yàn)結(jié)果 (涂層厚度和耐火性能試驗(yàn)時(shí)間 )作為該產(chǎn)品型式認(rèn)可證書的產(chǎn)品名稱和規(guī)格型號的 證書內(nèi)容。 一、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)防火涂料按使用場所可分為： a) 室內(nèi)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)防火涂料：用于建筑物室內(nèi)或隱蔽工程的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)表面； b) 室外鋼結(jié)構(gòu)防火 涂料：用于建筑物室外或露天工程的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)表面。 鋼結(jié)構(gòu)防火涂料按使用厚度可分為： a) 超薄型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)防火涂料：涂層厚度小于或等于 3 mm； b) 薄型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)防火涂料： 涂層厚度大于 3 mm 且小于或等于 7 mm； c) 厚型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)防火涂 料：涂層厚度大于 7
