施工現(xiàn)場文明施工責任制 1、有文明施工合同，自覺接受建設(shè)單位、監(jiān)理單位及上級機關(guān) 的管理。 2、施工現(xiàn)場四周設(shè)置堅固整潔的隔離圍擋，高度不低于 2 米， 對于不便全部封閉的施工現(xiàn)場，應在施工區(qū)域四周設(shè)置隔離圍擋。 3、施工現(xiàn)場或辦公區(qū)入口出設(shè)置文明施工標牌，標明工程名稱、 工程概況、開竣工日期、建設(shè)單位、施工單位、監(jiān)理單位名稱，企業(yè) 精神、企業(yè)方針、質(zhì)量目標、文明施工措施及項目負責人等內(nèi)容。 4、設(shè)置施工現(xiàn)場平面布置圖。 按現(xiàn)場平面布置圖劃分物料堆放區(qū)、 機械停放區(qū)、現(xiàn)場辦公區(qū)、生活區(qū)和行人通道、消防通道。 5、聘請文明施工監(jiān)督員，設(shè)立現(xiàn)場“群眾來訪接待站”有專人接 待，自覺接受群眾監(jiān)督，及時解決施工造成的擾民問題。 6、現(xiàn)場施工的管理人員必須佩帶統(tǒng)一的胸卡標志， 做到執(zhí)證上崗。 項目經(jīng)理： 責任人： 年 月 日 年 月 日 施工員文明施工責任制 1、施工作業(yè)場地、材料堆放及加工區(qū)、周邊通
