某大廈墻面磚施工方案 一、 工程概況 某大廈整棟的裝飾工程于 2010 年 3 月交付使用，至今已經(jīng)超過(guò)兩年，但前段時(shí)間發(fā)現(xiàn) 21-39 層的衛(wèi)生間的墻面磚突然出現(xiàn)脫落的情況，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的飾面面磚整塊完好無(wú)缺的與粘結(jié)的 素水泥漿 2-3 厚完全分離以致脫落， 以至影響衛(wèi)生間的安全使用以及相鄰辦公室的正常辦公。 詳見(jiàn)下圖。 二、 原因分析 我司馬上組織甲方， 設(shè)計(jì)，監(jiān)理對(duì)出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析， 總結(jié)該問(wèn)題的原因?yàn)椋?根據(jù)施工 圖紙的做法要求，該墻面材料采用飾面磚 300*600*10 （自重較重，硬度高，吸水率?。?，在 剛性防水的基層上， 采用 2-3 厚素水泥漿進(jìn)行背涂鋪貼。 質(zhì)量問(wèn)題直觀反映是， 飾面磚與 2-3mm 厚的素水泥漿不相黏，而 2-3mm厚的素水泥漿與墻面雖緊緊相連、且沒(méi)空鼓。經(jīng)市場(chǎng)調(diào)研， 該飾面磚常用于地面鋪貼，較少用于墻面鋪貼，在發(fā)生該質(zhì)量事故之前，并沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)空鼓現(xiàn) 象，交付
