通過對(duì)化妝品裝盒機(jī)取盒-開盒機(jī)構(gòu)的分析,研究了實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)擺線運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡的行星輪式取盒-開盒機(jī)構(gòu)。確定了兩旋轉(zhuǎn)中心距離和吸頭半徑等關(guān)鍵參數(shù)對(duì)取盒效率的影響,建立了數(shù)學(xué)模型,分析了機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)的速度和加速度,利用Matlab軟件對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)中的吸頭的運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡、位移、速度、加速度進(jìn)行仿真并繪制出相應(yīng)的曲線,為機(jī)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化提供理論依據(jù)。最終設(shè)計(jì)出能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)高取盒效率的取盒機(jī)構(gòu)。該機(jī)構(gòu)有易于制造、運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊等特點(diǎn)。
