某安裝工程中作為承力構(gòu)件的17-4PH不銹鋼拉桿在使用過程中發(fā)生斷裂,對失效拉桿進(jìn)行化學(xué)成分分析、斷口形貌和金相組織觀察以及力學(xué)性能測試,并與完好拉桿進(jìn)行了對比分析。結(jié)果表明:不銹鋼拉桿是在腐蝕及應(yīng)力的共同作用下發(fā)生了應(yīng)力腐蝕斷裂;由于熱處理不當(dāng),導(dǎo)致失效拉桿中塊狀δ-鐵素體的大量存在,時效過程中晶界上碳化物的析出造成材料抗腐蝕能力下降,以及材質(zhì)"硬脆"共同導(dǎo)致拉桿發(fā)生斷裂。
