運(yùn)用參考比較法對(duì)機(jī)器視覺(jué)PCB裸板缺陷檢測(cè)進(jìn)行了研究。在相機(jī)攝像頭下同一位置采集多幅標(biāo)準(zhǔn)PCB圖像累加求平均值得到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電路板圖像,運(yùn)用Harris角點(diǎn)算法進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電路板圖像和待測(cè)電路板圖像的配準(zhǔn),分別對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電路板圖像和待測(cè)電路板圖像進(jìn)行灰度變換、中值濾波、二值化、異或等圖像處理檢測(cè)出缺陷區(qū)域,然后通過(guò)形態(tài)學(xué)消除偽缺陷,實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,該檢測(cè)方法有較高的準(zhǔn)確率。
