針對所提出的新型凸輪式汽車線控制動系統(tǒng)設(shè)計了專門的制動控制器,為實現(xiàn)可靠控制,控制器采用二自由度的單輪控制模型,控制系統(tǒng)采用速度環(huán)和電流環(huán)的雙閉環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu),執(zhí)行機構(gòu)采用了大功率兩相步進電機,最后根據(jù)設(shè)計的硬件系統(tǒng),結(jié)合軟件系統(tǒng),對電制動聯(lián)合控制系統(tǒng)作了模擬測試,結(jié)果表明,該控制器能夠完成汽車制動調(diào)節(jié)的基本功能。
