目的:建立蘆薈膠囊中蘆薈苷的含量測(cè)定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色譜柱為Promosil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流動(dòng)相為乙腈-水(24∶76);流速為0.8 mL.min-1;檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)為355 nm;柱溫為室溫,進(jìn)樣量為10μL。結(jié)果:蘆薈苷在0.01673-0.8365μg范圍內(nèi)呈良好的線形關(guān)系(r=0.9999),平均回收率為96.5%,RSD%為1.0%(n=6)。結(jié)論:該方法操作簡(jiǎn)單、準(zhǔn)確,重現(xiàn)性好,可用于蘆薈膠囊的質(zhì)量控制。
