關(guān)于 CFG 樁樁帽施工紀(jì)要及 樁帽施工技術(shù)交底 一、CFG 樁樁帽施工 1、樁間土處理 CFG樁成樁 28天后，開(kāi)始樁間土處理→ 截樁頭→ 樁頭處理 →樁基檢測(cè)→ 樁帽施工。 采用小型挖掘機(jī)挖除樁間土， 為減小對(duì)樁間土及樁身的擾動(dòng)， 挖至底部設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高 10cm后，進(jìn)行人工清理樁間土。 2、截樁頭 截樁頭采用帶合金鋼鋸的割樁機(jī)， 在樁頂設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高處沿樁四 周邊切約 15cm深切口，確保樁身四周均被切開(kāi)。 采用 3根扁口鋼釬， 沿樁徑楔入樁身，直至上部樁體斷開(kāi)，樁頂標(biāo)高用水準(zhǔn)儀嚴(yán)格控制， 樁頂允許偏差 0—+20cm。 3、樁頭處理 截樁至設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高后， 用手持式小型無(wú)鋸， 環(huán)向切 4—7cm深 環(huán)縫，打磨樁頭，防止影響作低應(yīng)變檢測(cè)。 4、樁基檢測(cè) 低應(yīng)變檢測(cè)抽取總樁數(shù)的 20%，復(fù)合地基荷載試驗(yàn)抽取總 樁數(shù)的 1%且不少于 3點(diǎn)，單樁承載力荷載試驗(yàn)抽取總樁數(shù)的 1%且 不少于 3點(diǎn)。 5、樁帽
