For several years, with the great effort of engineers,many jet grouted cutoff walls have been constructed and a plenty ofexperience has been gained in construction of hydraulic structures invarious scales and under complicated geological conditions. 《DL/T 5198-2004水電水利工程巖壁梁施工規(guī)程(英文版)》規(guī)定了地下洞室?guī)r壁梁部位開挖方法、巖壁梁錨桿和巖壁梁鋼筋混凝土施工，以及對巖壁梁的保護、載荷試驗和觀測方法等。為了規(guī)范巖壁梁的施工，保證工程質(zhì)量與安全，特制定了《DL/T 5198-2004水電水利工程巖壁梁施工規(guī)程(英文版)》。

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了水電水利高壓噴射灌漿防滲工程的技術(shù)要求和工程質(zhì)量檢驗、評定方法。

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于淤泥質(zhì)土、粉質(zhì)黏土、粉土、礫石、卵（碎）石等松散透水地基或填筑體內(nèi)的防滲工程的高壓噴射灌漿。對含有較多的漂石塊石的地層，應(yīng)進行現(xiàn)場高壓噴灌漿試驗，正確定其適用性。

高壓噴射灌漿用于水工建筑的地基加固時，可參照本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的有關(guān)規(guī)定，并就符合國家其他相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。
