故障樣本的缺乏嚴(yán)重制約智能故障診斷的發(fā)展,本文提出支持向量機應(yīng)用到發(fā)動機故障診斷中,該方法專門針對小樣本集合設(shè)計,能夠在小樣本情況下獲得較大的推廣,而且模型簡單,具體是將汽車在典型故障下尾氣中各氣體的體積分?jǐn)?shù)作為訓(xùn)練樣本。用處理過的樣本和最優(yōu)參數(shù)建立基于支持向量機的多元分類器模型,進行故障類別診斷。經(jīng)過LIBSVM工具箱進行仿真,結(jié)果表明經(jīng)優(yōu)化后的支持向量機對于小樣本故障診斷有很高的準(zhǔn)確率。
