針對早期建成的中小型水電工程中選用的機電設備存在的問題,以下筆者對我國水利工程機電技術標準體系現(xiàn)狀進行詳細分析。
《水利水電工程機電設計技術規(guī)范(SL511-2011替代SDJ173-85)》由中華人民共和國水利部發(fā)布。
1、參與方案評審,對項目機電設計及設備選型提出優(yōu)化建議。協(xié)調相關專業(yè)顧問,并跟蹤實施。
2、負責對項目營造、機電安裝及機電設施設備招投標進行督導和跟蹤、巡查。
3、負責機電新技術的引進,包括利用管線綜合、智能化系統(tǒng)、BIM技術、LEED認證等提升酒店品質和延長酒店生命周期。
4、協(xié)助制訂酒店項目機電設計及設施標準。
5、參與產品研發(fā)工作,評估新產品的機電方案可行性,并提出機電系統(tǒng)改進建議。
6、參與項目后評估,建立技術數(shù)據庫。
7、配合相關部門,對開業(yè)項目的能耗計算、系統(tǒng)維護和經營管理提供技術支持。
