《2011房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)實(shí)務(wù)(第5版)》內(nèi)容簡介：中國房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)人資格考試用書《房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)實(shí)務(wù)》于2002年第一次出版，之后歷經(jīng)多次修編，目的是力求全面、準(zhǔn)確地反映房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)行業(yè)最新的發(fā)展，詳盡介紹房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)。《房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)實(shí)務(wù)》(第五版)是在原第四版的基礎(chǔ)上修編完成的。這次修編主要做了四個(gè)方面的調(diào)整。

Originally established in Vancouver, Canada in 1992, Artman Group Canada opened its first Chinese office in Guangzhou China 1998. It was then renamed as Guangzhou Artman Group Design & Construction in 2000. Since then it has been in charge of over 1000 projects of various types. In collaboration with existing design academies in Chinese mainland, the company then set up Jiangsu Artman Group Design & Construction, Qingdao Artman Group Desig and Kunming Artman Group Construction & Design, which collectively are called Artman Group Design Institution. Currently, the institution employs over 400 professional designers, offering a comprehensive range of services in both design and construction and enjoys good reputation in the field.

陳圣泓先生作為筑原設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)總裁兼首席設(shè)計(jì)師，主持完成了泰州大學(xué)城、常州西太湖、鎮(zhèn)江金山湖、江蘇省第四屆園博會(huì)、云南玉龍雪山、西雙版納大渡崗旅游區(qū)、四川南充西河、西安國際社區(qū)良家灘濕地公園、煙臺魚鳥河、青島中央商務(wù)區(qū)嘉合半島、青島大公海岸高檔住區(qū)、膠州文化中心、會(huì)展中心及體育中心等一系列大型項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)，為筑原的發(fā)展帶來了無限的生命力，并為筑原攬聚了大量的設(shè)計(jì)精英。

Mr.Chen Shenghong, as CEO and Chief Designer of Artman Group, took charge of design of a series of large scale projects, such as Taizhou Higher Education Mega Center, Changzhou West Taihu Lake, Zhenjiang Jinshan Lake, Jiangsu Province 4th Horticulture Exposition, Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, Yunnan，Xishuangbanna Dadugang Tourist Resort， Sichuan Nanchong Xihe River，Yantai Yuniao River，Qingdao CBD Jiahe Peninsula World，Qingdao Dagong Coast，Jiaozhou Convention & Exhibition Center, Cultural Center, Sports Center，bringing unbounded vitality to the development of Artman Group as well as large numbers of design elites.

Key members of Artman Group are skilled designers with recognized professional qualifications at home or abroad. Being aware of the important influence from the modern technology and cross disciplinary knowledge on design, they often participate in training and education in aspects outside of the professional field, such as science and technology, sociology, engineering, commerce and arts. Artman Group has been prudent with the choice of projects undertaken so as to ensure a reasonable work load for its designers. In turn, they will be able to balance their time and energy better in order to participate throughout various stages of the projects. All projects are undertaken by specific design groups, which are consisted of experienced project management personnel, designers and technicians with senior designers’ guidance, from the initial concept stage to detailed design and subsequent bidding and construction management. 江蘇筑原（原常州民用建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院）,具有甲級工程設(shè)計(jì)、甲級工程勘察和乙級工程咨詢資質(zhì)，2004年12月更名為江蘇筑原建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司。公司現(xiàn)有高級職稱人員21人（其中教授級高級建筑師1人）、中級職稱人員19人；其中一級注冊建筑師4人、二級注冊建筑師3人、一級注冊結(jié)構(gòu)工程師7人、二級注冊結(jié)構(gòu)工程師2人、注冊設(shè)備工程師2人、注冊巖土工程師3人、注冊造價(jià)工程師1人，專業(yè)配套齊全。公司于1991年通過TQC達(dá)標(biāo)驗(yàn)收，1996年實(shí)行工程設(shè)計(jì)和圖檔資料網(wǎng)絡(luò)化管理，1999年初被江蘇省科委、省建委命名為工程設(shè)計(jì)CAD應(yīng)用示范單位，2002年10月取得了北京中設(shè)的ISO9001：2000質(zhì)量認(rèn)證證書。公司成立20多年來，已累計(jì)完成了1750余萬㎡的建筑設(shè)計(jì)及勘察任務(wù)，參與了常州、南京、蘇州、無錫、鎮(zhèn)江、揚(yáng)州、溧陽、金壇、沭陽、漣水、寶應(yīng)、泰州、南寧等地住宅小區(qū)和公共建筑的規(guī)劃、建筑、勘察設(shè)計(jì)工作，其作品多次獲獎(jiǎng)。

Jiangsu Zhuyuan (former Changzhou Civil Building Design & Research Institute), owning the qualifications of First Class Engineering Design, First Class Engineering Investigation and Second Class Engineering Consulting, was renamed Jiangsu Zhuyuan Build Design Co.,Ltd. Now there are 21 personnel of high professional title (including 1 of Professor Level Senior Architect), 19 personnel of middle professional title; among them there are 4 of First Class Registered Architect, 3 of Seconde Class Registered Architect, 7 of First Class Registered Structural Engineer, 2 of Second Class Registered Structural Engineer, 2 of Registered Facilities Engineer, 3 of Registered Geotechnical Engineer, 1 of Registered Cost Engineer, that the company is professionally equipped. Passing TQC Compliance Acceptance in 1991, the company carried out the management of engineering design and networking images files and datas. In 1999 the company was named as demonstration unit of Engineering design CAD application and in October 2002 obtained ISO9001：2000 Quality Certificates of Beijing ZhongShe Certification Services Co.,Ltd. Founded for more than 20 years, the company has completed more than 17.5 million square meters of architectural design and investigation tasks and taken part in residence community and planning, building, investigation design work of public architecture of Changzhou, Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi, Zhenjiang, Yangzhou, Liyang, Jintan, Shuyang, Lianshui, Baoying, Taizhou, Nanning, most of which got awarded.

Qingdao Zhuyuan (former Qingdao Zhenye Architectural Design Institute) was founded in March 1985, and conducted stockholding system reforms in 2000, with the qualification of Second Class Engineering Design. It was renamed as Qingdao Zhuyuan Architectural Design Firm in September 2004. Now there are 3 First Class Registered Architects, 2 Second Class Registered Architects, 3 First Class Registered Structural Engineers, 13 Senior Engineers and 10 engineers. Since 2001, the firm has completed plannings and single design jobs of dozens of residence community and hundreds of building construction. Based on Shandong Qingdao, with projects involving Inner Mongol, Jiangsu and other areas, the firm undertook a large number of creative works and gained the customer’s trust and good reputation. As a medium-sized design institute grown from a small one, the firm constantly keeps flexible responsiveness of closing to market and customer understanding and builds the mode of scientific operation management that adapting to the market and the service system and feedback system of customer needs orientation, realizing flat style management system with the core of design project management. Kunming Zhuyuan: 2004 is the fifth anniversary of the implementing of strategy to develop western regions, in which a design team with abundant design experience and energy came to the spring city of western regions to form Kunming Zhuyuan Build Design Co.,Ltd. Relying on a professional human resouces framework with pioneering spirit and design originality, the firm conducts targeted designing according to customers’ real needs.
