自成立以來(lái)，公司規(guī)模不斷拓展，業(yè)務(wù)版圖不斷擴(kuò)大，立足北京和深圳，向內(nèi)地各地區(qū)及海外擴(kuò)展，目前公司足跡已遍及北京、香港、天津、上海、廣東、浙江、江蘇、山東、福建、湖南、河北、陜西、山西、廣西、河南等十四個(gè)省份地區(qū)，設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目遍及全國(guó)及部分海外國(guó)家和地區(qū)。

深圳分公司擁有穩(wěn)定的、經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的設(shè)計(jì)隊(duì)伍，各專(zhuān)業(yè)組核心成員均為行業(yè)內(nèi)資深專(zhuān)業(yè)人士，目前在冊(cè)員工350余人，國(guó)家一級(jí)注冊(cè)建筑師6人，國(guó)家一級(jí)注冊(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)工程師4人，注冊(cè)設(shè)備工程師4人，注冊(cè)規(guī)劃師2人，高級(jí)工程師18人，工程師45人。其中BCCI景觀規(guī)劃研究中心現(xiàn)擁有18支全球頂尖景觀專(zhuān)業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)。

BCCI Landscape Design and Planning Center (BCCI Shenzhen branch) locates in scenic AVIC loft in the north OCT, and covers an office area of 3,000 sqm, which have many well-known cultural companies in neighborhood. BCCI Shenzhen branch has a stable experienced design group, the core member of every team are all senior professionals in the industry. There are over 350 employees, which contain 6 Grade A national registered architects, 4 Grade A national registered structure engineers, 4 registered planners, 18 senior engineers, 45 engineers. BCCI Landscape Design and Planning Center own 18 top professional landscape design teams from all over the world.

成立于1992年，隸屬中國(guó)對(duì)外建設(shè)集團(tuán)公司，目前持有建筑部頒發(fā)的建筑行業(yè)（建筑工程）設(shè)計(jì)甲級(jí)、風(fēng)景園林工程專(zhuān)項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)甲級(jí)、城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃編制乙級(jí)、招投標(biāo)代理乙級(jí)，以及國(guó)家旅游局頒發(fā)的旅游景區(qū)規(guī)劃資質(zhì)。公司總部設(shè)在北京，在深圳、香港、上海、天津、南京、杭州、廈門(mén)、西安、武漢等地設(shè)有24支分支機(jī)構(gòu)。公司現(xiàn)有員工1550人，其中國(guó)家一級(jí)注冊(cè)建筑師29人，國(guó)家一級(jí)注冊(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)工程師27人，中高級(jí)技術(shù)骨干163人。

BCCI Landscape Design and Planning Center is the branch of Beijing CCI Corporation. BCCI was established in 1992, which belongs to China Construction International Corporation. BCCI now holds the Class-A Construction Design Qualification issued by the Ministry of construction, Class-A landscape engineering design Qualification, Class-B Urban Planning Qualification, Class-B Bidding agent Qualification, and Tourism Scenic Area Planning Qualification issued by National Tourism Administration. The head office is in Beijing, and there are 23 branches in Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tianjin, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Xiamen, Xi’An, Wuhan and some other cities. BCCI has about 1550 employees at present, which contain 29 Grade A national registered architects, 27 Grade A national registered structure engineers, 163 professional designers.

BCCI Shenzhen Branch is always making efforts to create a top landscape design team, and the same time, the other professional teams like architectural, structure, equipment and other various professionals are also top teams in the industry. 北京市鄉(xiāng)村景觀規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)工程技術(shù)研究中心是2013年6月被北京市科委正式認(rèn)定的研究機(jī)構(gòu)，依托于北京農(nóng)學(xué)院和北京世紀(jì)立成園林綠化工程有限公司。

中心定位是為北京鄉(xiāng)村景觀規(guī)劃建設(shè)的政府決策提供咨詢，為鄉(xiāng)村的景觀開(kāi)發(fā)、生態(tài)旅游、環(huán)境保護(hù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相協(xié)調(diào)等提供規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)理論與實(shí)踐，為城鄉(xiāng)精品景觀工程實(shí)施示范技術(shù)與案例。

中心成立以來(lái)，承擔(dān)有北京市自然科學(xué)基項(xiàng)目金、北京社科哲學(xué)基金、北京市科技提升計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目、北京市農(nóng)委項(xiàng)目及橫向科研項(xiàng)目。依托項(xiàng)目獲得新品種4個(gè)，授權(quán)發(fā)明專(zhuān)利3項(xiàng)、實(shí)用新型專(zhuān)利45項(xiàng)、外觀設(shè)計(jì)專(zhuān)利41項(xiàng)，軟件著作權(quán)登記105項(xiàng)，發(fā)表論文276篇，出版專(zhuān)著10部。

利用自身的專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)，工程中心進(jìn)行了北京市房山區(qū)韓村河鎮(zhèn)西部產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展及七彩天開(kāi)溝域規(guī)劃方案、邢臺(tái)紅石溝生態(tài)農(nóng)場(chǎng)度假酒店、廊坊市旅游發(fā)展規(guī)劃修編等多項(xiàng)鄉(xiāng)村規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)工作；承擔(dān)了北京市順義區(qū)2013年平原造林工程-北小營(yíng)1標(biāo)段景觀工程、香河鴻坤理想陽(yáng)光項(xiàng)目二期園林景觀工程等多項(xiàng)城鄉(xiāng)精品景觀工程項(xiàng)目。 2100433B
