《水工混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范SL191-2008(SL 191-2008 替代 SL/ 191-96 和 SDJ 20-78)》是根據(jù)水利部水利水電規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)管理局水總局科[2004]2號(hào)文,按照《水利技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編寫規(guī)定》(SL 1-2002)的要求,由長江勘測(cè)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)研究院會(huì)同有關(guān)高等院校共同修訂而成。《水工混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(S1/T191-96)頒布后,由于和《水工鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(SDJ20-78)并行使用,在安全度表達(dá)及考慮不同荷載的變異性上存在不一致,因此本次修訂對(duì)以上兩本規(guī)范進(jìn)行了整合,對(duì)部分條文進(jìn)行了合理修訂,并補(bǔ)充了新的內(nèi)容。
