廢水回用,對(duì)廢水進(jìn)行適當(dāng)處理,使其達(dá)到重新使用的水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)后回用。通常廢水經(jīng)適當(dāng)處理后,可用于沖廁、清掃路面、農(nóng)業(yè)灌溉,以及用作景觀和娛樂(lè)用水以及工業(yè)用水等。
為統(tǒng)一城市污水再生后回用做生活雜用水的水質(zhì),以便做到既利用污水資源,又能切實(shí)保證生活雜用水的安全和適用,特制訂中水回用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于廁所便器沖洗、城市綠化、洗車(chē)、掃除等生活雜用水,也適用于有同樣水質(zhì)要求的其他用途的水。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)由城市規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)和生活雜用水供水運(yùn)行管理等有關(guān)單位負(fù)責(zé)執(zhí)行。生活雜用水供水單位的主管部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督和檢查執(zhí)行情況。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是制訂地方城市污水再生回用作生活雜用水水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的依據(jù),地方可以本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為基礎(chǔ),根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)靥攸c(diǎn)制訂地方城市污水再生回用作生活雜用水的水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不得寬于本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或與本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相抵觸;如因特殊情況,寬于本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí)應(yīng)報(bào)建設(shè)部批準(zhǔn)。地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)列入的項(xiàng)目指標(biāo),執(zhí)行地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn);地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)未列入的項(xiàng)目指標(biāo),仍執(zhí)行本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和要求
生活雜用水管道、水箱等設(shè)備不得與自來(lái)水管道、水箱直接相連。生活雜用水管道、水箱等設(shè)備外部應(yīng)涂淺綠色標(biāo)志,以免誤飲、誤用。
生活雜用水供水單位,應(yīng)不斷加強(qiáng)對(duì)雜用水的水處理、集水、供水以及計(jì)量、檢測(cè)等設(shè)施的管理,建立行之有效的放水、清洗、消毒和檢修等制度及操作規(guī)程,以保證供水的水質(zhì)。

水質(zhì)檢驗(yàn)
水質(zhì)的檢驗(yàn)方法,應(yīng)按《生活雜用水標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢驗(yàn)法》執(zhí)行。
生活雜用水集中式供水單位,必須建立水質(zhì)檢驗(yàn)室,負(fù)責(zé)檢驗(yàn)污水再生設(shè)施的進(jìn)水和出水以及出廠(chǎng)水和管網(wǎng)水的水質(zhì)。
廢水回用,通常與中水回用混為一談,但是有所不同,廢水回用指工業(yè)廢水經(jīng)過(guò)UF+RO工藝回用到生產(chǎn)線(xiàn),循環(huán)使用的,回收率相對(duì)低于75%,非用于綠化澆灌、車(chē)輛沖洗、道路沖洗、家庭坐便器沖洗等。
回用水:以上二種都可以稱(chēng)作回用水,但一般廠(chǎng)家為提高回收率都有會(huì)結(jié)合起來(lái)做。
