針對(duì)早期建成的中小型水電工程中選用的機(jī)電設(shè)備存在的問(wèn)題,以下筆者對(duì)我國(guó)水利工程機(jī)電技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析。
《水利水電工程機(jī)電設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)規(guī)范(SL511-2011替代SDJ173-85)》由中華人民共和國(guó)水利部發(fā)布。
1、參與方案評(píng)審,對(duì)項(xiàng)目機(jī)電設(shè)計(jì)及設(shè)備選型提出優(yōu)化建議。協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)顧問(wèn),并跟蹤實(shí)施。
2、負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)項(xiàng)目營(yíng)造、機(jī)電安裝及機(jī)電設(shè)施設(shè)備招投標(biāo)進(jìn)行督導(dǎo)和跟蹤、巡查。
3、負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)電新技術(shù)的引進(jìn),包括利用管線(xiàn)綜合、智能化系統(tǒng)、BIM技術(shù)、LEED認(rèn)證等提升酒店品質(zhì)和延長(zhǎng)酒店生命周期。
4、協(xié)助制訂酒店項(xiàng)目機(jī)電設(shè)計(jì)及設(shè)施標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
5、參與產(chǎn)品研發(fā)工作,評(píng)估新產(chǎn)品的機(jī)電方案可行性,并提出機(jī)電系統(tǒng)改進(jìn)建議。
6、參與項(xiàng)目后評(píng)估,建立技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。
7、配合相關(guān)部門(mén),對(duì)開(kāi)業(yè)項(xiàng)目的能耗計(jì)算、系統(tǒng)維護(hù)和經(jīng)營(yíng)管理提供技術(shù)支持。
