中水回用;需要滿足規(guī)定的水質標準,目前主要是雜用水水質標準。 污水回用;通常也需要對污水進行處理,達到一定的水質要求后回用,但是對水質的控制視回用單元的水質要求而定。
廢水回用,對廢水進行適當處理,使其達到重新使用的水質標準后回用。通常廢水經(jīng)適當處理后,可用于沖廁、清掃路面、農業(yè)灌溉,以及用作景觀和娛樂用水以及工業(yè)用水等。
為統(tǒng)一城市污水再生后回用做生活雜用水的水質,以便做到既利用污水資源,又能切實保證生活雜用水的安全和適用,特制訂中水回用標準。
本標準適用于廁所便器沖洗、城市綠化、洗車、掃除等生活雜用水,也適用于有同樣水質要求的其他用途的水。
本標準由城市規(guī)劃、設計和生活雜用水供水運行管理等有關單位負責執(zhí)行。生活雜用水供水單位的主管部門負責監(jiān)督和檢查執(zhí)行情況。
本標準是制訂地方城市污水再生回用作生活雜用水水質標準的依據(jù),地方可以本標準為基礎,根據(jù)當?shù)靥攸c制訂地方城市污水再生回用作生活雜用水的水質標準。地方標準不得寬于本標準或與本標準相抵觸;如因特殊情況,寬于本標準時應報建設部批準。地方標準列入的項目指標,執(zhí)行地方標準;地方標準未列入的項目指標,仍執(zhí)行本標準。
水質標準和要求
生活雜用水管道、水箱等設備不得與自來水管道、水箱直接相連。生活雜用水管道、水箱等設備外部應涂淺綠色標志,以免誤飲、誤用。
生活雜用水供水單位,應不斷加強對雜用水的水處理、集水、供水以及計量、檢測等設施的管理,建立行之有效的放水、清洗、消毒和檢修等制度及操作規(guī)程,以保證供水的水質。

水質檢驗
水質的檢驗方法,應按《生活雜用水標準檢驗法》執(zhí)行。
生活雜用水集中式供水單位,必須建立水質檢驗室,負責檢驗污水再生設施的進水和出水以及出廠水和管網(wǎng)水的水質。
廢水回用,通常與中水回用混為一談,但是有所不同,廢水回用指工業(yè)廢水經(jīng)過UF+RO工藝回用到生產(chǎn)線,循環(huán)使用的,回收率相對低于75%,非用于綠化澆灌、車輛沖洗、道路沖洗、家庭坐便器沖洗等。
回用水:以上二種都可以稱作回用水,但一般廠家為提高回收率都有會結合起來做。
