今年國家下達我省保障性安居工程目標任務為新開工各類棚戶區(qū)改造項目12.5萬套，基本建成5.96萬套，截止6月底，一是完成年度計劃投資69.47%。全省保障性安居工程累計完成投資244.35億元，其中保障性住房完成投資22.86億元，各類棚戶區(qū)改造完成投資221.49億元。二是開工率56.2%。全省新開工各類棚戶區(qū)改造項目70250套，其中，棚戶區(qū)改造貨幣化安置19284戶，占棚戶區(qū)改造開工數(shù)的27.45%。三是基本建成保障性安居工程74083套，占全省目標任務的124.22%，已提前超額完成國家下達目標任務。四是全省歷年來累計開工各類保障性住房592031套，累計竣工456420套，已配租配售439576套，歷年來累計配租配售率74.25%。
