The environmental vibrations, caused mainly due to train-road traffic, construction activities and factory operations, are being investigated, globally, for their prediction,monitoring, mitigation and evaluation, basically, to improve the quality of life and robust infrastructure in the modem high tech society. The School of Civil Engineering, Beijing Jiaotong University in China is honored tobe the organizer of the 4th International Symposium on Environmental Vibrations:Prediction, Monitoring, mitigation and Evaluation （ISEV2009）. This symposium,sequel to the first one held in Hangzhou, China in October 2003, the second one in Okayama, Japan in September 2005, and the third one in Taipei in November 2007,provides an intemational forum to exchange the knowledge, ideas and experiences for pursuing research on prediction, control and mitigation of environmental vibrations.This series of meetings on environmental vibrations were made possible due to the continuous efforts of four professors: Prof. Yih-Hsing Pao, Honorary Chairman of the symposium, who belongs both to the National Taiwan University and Zhejiang University, Prof. Hirokazu Takeyima of Okayama University, Prof. Yunmin Chen of Zhe jiang University, and Prof. Yeong-Bin Yang of the National Taiwan University.

本文集收錄130余篇論文，主要圍繞房地產(chǎn)估價(jià)師的社會(huì)責(zé)任、拆遷補(bǔ)償估價(jià)與社會(huì)穩(wěn)定、抵押估價(jià)與金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、損害賠償估價(jià)與社會(huì)正義、課稅估價(jià)與社會(huì)公平，以及房地產(chǎn)估價(jià)機(jī)構(gòu)的治理、業(yè)務(wù)拓展等問題，展開了廣泛深入的研討。

《建筑史論文集》是中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)第一部專門發(fā)表建筑史研究論文之學(xué)術(shù)叢書，由清華大學(xué)創(chuàng)辦于1964年。本書為第12輯，收人論文22篇，內(nèi)容涉及古代建筑史研究、近現(xiàn)代建筑史研究、民族建筑研究、建筑理論研究、建筑史學(xué)史研究、歷史建筑保護(hù)與再利用等諸多方面。本文集反映了近年來關(guān)于建筑史研究的最新成果，是一部具有學(xué)術(shù)代表性的重要文獻(xiàn)。

關(guān)于東周銅器上建筑圖像的考釋和項(xiàng)王故里設(shè)計(jì)中對(duì)漢代建筑的考證，展示了地面上今已難覓的建筑形象；關(guān)于20世紀(jì)北京城垣變遷的考察則描述了世人矚目的有關(guān)歷史真實(shí)。所收錄的1950年以來清華大學(xué)建筑學(xué)院研究生論文目錄提供了選定研究課題的指南。書中內(nèi)容對(duì)城市規(guī)劃、建筑設(shè)計(jì)人員吸取建筑歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)，從事現(xiàn)代城市規(guī)劃和建筑設(shè)計(jì)有指導(dǎo)作用；對(duì)文物保護(hù)部門和開發(fā)單位保護(hù)與再利用歷史建筑、開發(fā)歷史地段具參考價(jià)值。本書既可作為建筑歷史研究資料、高等院校建筑學(xué)專業(yè)歷史理論教學(xué)教材，又可作為了解建筑演進(jìn)和城市變遷的實(shí)用指南。
