一、適用范圍:Scopeofapplication:

三、主要參數(shù):Themainparameters:

3.1燃燒器:不銹鋼制作200*200*￠3.5(mm)。

3.2燃?xì)饬髁?0~50L/MIN。

3.3空氣流量:0~50L/MIN。壓縮機(jī)自備

3.4燃燒氣體:純度99.5%甲烷，或同等純度的煤氣。(客戶自備)

3.5爐內(nèi)壓力的測量:采用0.5級壓力變送器。

3.6計(jì)時(shí)器:0~99S/min/h。

3.7煙道:為方形通道，尺寸:500mmx500mm,下與燃燒室相通，上與外部煙囪相連，采用強(qiáng)力排風(fēng)系統(tǒng):本機(jī)裝有強(qiáng)力排風(fēng)扇，當(dāng)試驗(yàn)完成后，啟動(dòng)排風(fēng)扇系統(tǒng)將廢氣排出室外。(煙塵凈化系統(tǒng)另配)

3.8點(diǎn)火方式:高壓自動(dòng)點(diǎn)火。

3.9試驗(yàn)支架:L380*W380*H1000(MM)，由不銹鋼制作。

3.10空氣穩(wěn)流器:為一方框，設(shè)置于燃燒器下方。底部鋪設(shè)鐵絲網(wǎng)，其上鋪設(shè)玻璃纖維氈。

3.11溫度、壓力信息通過16位高精度板卡輸入電腦，由微機(jī)控制和輸出報(bào)表。

四、設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu):Equipmentstructure:

4.1本機(jī)器由燃燒豎爐、控制部分兩部份組成。

4.2燃燒豎爐:由燃燒室、燃燒器、試樣支架、空氣穩(wěn)流層及煙道等部分組成，外形尺寸為1020mm長x1020mm寬x3930mm高。

4.3燃燒室:由爐壁和爐門構(gòu)成，其內(nèi)空間尺寸:800mmx800mmx2000mm,爐壁為保溫夾層結(jié)構(gòu)。

4.4機(jī)箱材質(zhì):燃燒箱體采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不鋼板，數(shù)控機(jī)床加工成型，圓弧造型美觀大方。

4.5機(jī)架采用鋁型材組裝而成，控制箱采用優(yōu)質(zhì)靜電鋼板，表面進(jìn)行噴塑處理，更顯光潔、美觀。

4.6內(nèi)部零配件均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼材料制作，防銹良好。

建筑材料按燃燒性能分為：

建筑材料按燃燒性能可分為三類：即不燃燒材料、難燃燒材料和可燃燒材料不燃燒材料是指在空氣中受到火燒或高溫作用時(shí)不起火、不微燃，不碳化的材料；難燃燒材料是指在空氣中受到火燒或高溫作用時(shí)難起火、難微燃、難碳化，當(dāng)火源移開后，燃燒或微燃立即停止的材料；可燃燒材料是指在空氣中受到火燒或高溫作用時(shí)，立即起火或微燃，且火源移走后。仍能繼續(xù)燃燒或微燃的材料．
