代號17為主系統(tǒng)回油釋放閥，在中間位置時(shí)不起作用，工作在上側(cè)時(shí)A口出油（低壓側(cè)）通過17內(nèi)部溢流裝置返回油箱，工作在下側(cè)時(shí)B口出油（低壓側(cè)）通過17內(nèi)部溢流裝置返回油箱，這可起到在泵運(yùn)行、因主系統(tǒng)不斷得到補(bǔ)油而使主系統(tǒng)部分液壓油能及時(shí)回放到油箱、避免主系統(tǒng)溫度升高的作用，有些教材稱這種裝置叫液壓冷卻裝置（shuttle valve），其本質(zhì)上都是完成油流熱交換、穩(wěn)定系統(tǒng)溫度的作用，該閥塊是一種液控閥塊，若主系統(tǒng)A口壓力大于B口壓力，該閥塊則工作在下位置，否則在上位置，A口與B口壓力相差不大時(shí)，該閥塊閥芯在中間位置不工作，出廠調(diào)整時(shí)其內(nèi)部的溢流裝置額定工作壓力一般要小于主系統(tǒng)回油壓力或低于補(bǔ)油系統(tǒng)壓力，否則將發(fā)揮不了正常的回油釋放功能。2100433B
